Read moreMeagan Bowling-Fudge of Fort Smith, Arkansas is the Director of Student Information Systems Initiatives at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. Meagan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith and a Masters of Public Administration from Arkansas State University. She is a graduate of Leadership Fort Smith and is a participant in the 2021-2022 Women Lead Arkansas, Ready to Run cohort. Meagan has served as a collegiate advisor for her sorority, Delta Gamma for several years and currently serves as President for her local alumnae chapter. She began her career at UAFS in 2013 and through the power of persistence and perseverance she advanced to a director level position in the division of Student Success and Retention. In the past year, Meagan served as the Staff Senate President helping advocate for staff, serve as a liaison to senior campus leadership and pass campus policy that improved the lives of staff and students. Through her experiences, Meagan developed a passion for female empowerment in the workplace, community, and in the political environment. Meagan believes that the time is now for more women to exercise their voice in the political process and be advocates for positive change in the Natural State.
