A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, she is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., St. Augustine Catholic Church, and a lifetime associate member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. She is a founding board member of the New Leaders Council, a nonprofit leadership development organization that equips young millennials with the skills to run for office, manage campaigns, and create start-ups business.
Born and raised in New York, she has been a resident of North Little Rock for over 30 years and she and her husband Dennis have two children and one adorable grandson.
